Horrible management company, great neighborhood
Former Tenant
Pros:
This building is in a beautiful location and everyone who lives in the building is kind and neighborly.
Cons:
The management company is absolutely horrible. They are completely unresponsive and only care about profit. When I lived there, they refused to address basic concerns and attempted to raise the rent by a horrifying percentage every year. I would not recommend living in this building because of the negligence of management.

Terrible management company, you'll be treated like trash
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good super, overworked but friendly and he does what he can! Great location Friendly neighbors
Cons:
Management has no phone number, only contact by email and they take weeks to reply Rent renewal at 30% increase from already high rent Broken stove not replaced for over 1 month Exposed brick wall lets cockroaches in from outside Dryers in basement not vented so takes forever to dry
Advice to owner:
treat your tenants like people, not profit

Absentee management in great neighborhood
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location Great neighbors Good sound proofing in between apartments
Cons:
Absentee management. We had a leak in our ceiling for almost a year and had to threaten lawsuit to get it fixed. The management company scheduled repairmen who always ghosted us and then lied about it. When presented with proof, management ghosted us.
The front door often broke so packages were stolen.
Otherwise it was a decent building to live in.
Advice to owner:
Pay attention when your tenants report a leak that is quite likely causing mold issues and threatening the structural integrity of the building.
