Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent tenant reviews highlight the building's friendly and neighborly community in a great location with kind residents. However, the common consensus points to a negligent and unresponsive management company that prioritizes profit over tenant's concerns. Issues range from unaddressed maintenance problems, high rent increases, slow communication, and pest control issues due to poor building upkeep. Despite the positive aspects like good neighbors and soundproofing, the absentee management's lack of responsiveness and poor handling of critical issues have led to dissatisfaction among residents. Improving management engagement and timely maintenance responses are crucial to enhance the overall living experience.

Horrible management company, great neighborhood
Former Tenant
Pros:
This building is in a beautiful location and everyone who lives in the building is kind and neighborly.
Cons:
The management company is absolutely horrible. They are completely unresponsive and only care about profit. When I lived there, they refused to address basic concerns and attempted to raise the rent by a horrifying percentage every year. I would not recommend living in this building because of the negligence of management.
