Awesome corner in front of the Brooklyn Museum
Former Tenant
Pros:
Closer to the Brooklyn Botanical Garden, Brooklyn Museum, Prospect Park, and subway

Old unites, and could bother you the noise from outside Museums activities like concerts or screenings.
Advice to owner:
Have access to the rooftop .

Love living with a doorperson
Former Tenant
Pros:
Door people are wonderful! Especially Charlie. Super in basement and pretty attentive.
Cons:
I had cockroaches despite being clean. I think it’s just impossible to fully remove them from such an old building with so many nooks and crannies. The hardwood floors are beautiful but very squeaky. My neighbors below me left passive aggressive notes telling me to step quieter. I lived there alone, walk pretty softly, and had rugs covering most of my bedroom and living room.
Advice to owner:
Bike storage would be nice!
