    Nicely updated apartments with laundry in unit, responsive super, great location, quiet, clean lobby, friendly neighbors, Amazon locker
    Cons:
    Packages were sometimes stolen if not placed in a locker

    Cons:
    Had a roach problem for a bit but it was solved. Benny the super is very helpful. Package stealing an issue.
