Decent, affordable. Lots of pests.

Pros:
I love the area and the neighbors and my big, beautiful, affordable apartment. The super is very responsive.
Cons:
Lots of pests. Roaches, mice. This is by far the worst thing about the building.

Management is cheap. Pest problem. Noisy for first floor residents.

Close to browser park and Brooklyn children museum
Cons:
Pest situation from the basement - my roommate and I had to hire a professional exterminator for the moth situation that resulted from poor basement condition. we talked to the landlord but he refused to pay for the exterminator fee which is $985.
Advice to owner:
Be nice to people and fix your own building problems.
