Management is tough to deal with, requires consistent outreach to get anything actually done

Building is nice, amazing rooftop view, nicely located, nice water pressure
Cons:
Low natural light overall, small rooms, basement room was a fire hazard, owners stole our ENTIRE security deposit.
Advice to owner:
DONT STEAL FROM YOUR TENANTS

Decent but could be better

Pros:
After a fortuitous conversation with the management (Numi) about various maintenance problems (the front door lock being broken for weeks, the fridge not working, the lights fixtures, rodents, and more), they started responding to our emails more promptly. An exterminator came regularly to inspect the place and the supers were extremely useful. The trash is taken out regularly and the neighbors are wonderful!
Cons:
Our front door lock was broken for weeks, causing packages to be stolen; when we asked management about this they told us it wasn't their concern since people "just let each other in anyway". Our mailbox alone wasn't set up correctly which means anyone could open it without a key. We had mice often.
Advice to owner:
Please respect the tenant concerns and respond to them in a timely manner.

Pros:
Minimal problems in the apartment, amazing roof access, conveniently located
Cons:
Small/cramped bedrooms, slow to respond super, evil building management (ghosted us after we moved out, kept security deposit and refused to provide a written explanation as to why; apt was in great condition when we left)
Advice to owner:
Stop being crooks and stealing tenants f*ing security deposits

Affordable, lots of space, nice appliances
Cons:
Management not that responsive, dealt with a lot of pests.
Advice to owner:
Pest treatment needs to happen more often and more reliably.
