    Nice apartment with tons of maintenance issues

    Pros:
    Our unit was very nice and reasonably priced, and there’s laundry in the building!
    Cons:
    We had tons of maintenance issues and our super was responsible for fixing most of them himself, which meant that it took a long time for anything to get fixed. Sometimes the issue was fixed inadequately and recurred.

    Unresponsive management, super unhelpful

    Pros:
    No problems with pests in my unit. Heat and AC work fine.
    Cons:
    Super is not competent (although he is nice)
    Management company is completely unavailable
    Toilet broken many times
    Sink fell through, was not properly fixed. They just glued it back in. It will fall in again.
