Slumlord warning - avoid this place

Pros

I was fooled by the beauty of the apartment interior but really wish I’d kept looking. Neighborhood is great but building is NOT

Cons

Heat would go out often and sometimes during intense cold snow storms. BLACK MOLD ISSUES! Beware!!! Intense leaking in the ceiling, walls, and floors. It felt like every week, something new was wrong. The owners are famous slumlords (Google them) and I guarantee this place will cause you a headache.

Have some basic human decency for people who rent from you. Shame on you.
