    Nice neighborhood in crown heights
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Nothing everything is wrong 2 different landlords
    Cons:
    Everything tiles in the kitchen broken , apartment has camera , building moldy and crumbling , first floor stairs is crumbling and visible black mold mice and rats garbage in the halls and stairs
