Great for groups

Pros:
Laundry and bike storage in the basement. Great location. Stairs are usually pretty clean. Units are great for groups - I lived here w/friends for 3 years only leaving to move in with partner and they are moving out of the city. South facing windows so nice sunlight. Mgmt was pretty responsive to complaints
Cons:
Lots of stuff in the foyer from ppl moving out no one wants to actually get rid of it. It’s down the street from a fire station so there are a lot of sires. Not in my unit, but there was a flood on the other side of the building a couple years ago. Also we hear noise from upstairs and in the hallway all the time

Pretty good but no laundry

Pros:
The building is clean, good central air, was clean when we moved in, walls were painted, kitchen is new enough, our unit gets good light
Cons:
Small kitchen, street can get loud, hallway can get loud, even though it was advertised there is mo washer or dryer, bedrooms are kind of small
