Nice place, not great maintenance
Former Tenant
Pros:
We like our space, its well laid out, nice appliances and renovation
Cons:
Not great location
They over heat in winter (our radiators were 148 degrees) and with cats its hard to leave windows open. We had our air conditioning running and were still sweating bullets constantly. They ignored requests to lower the heat.
There has been black mold visible in the entry way for months.
Our deadbolt stopped locking and they said they wouldnt do anything about it
Advice to owner:
Care about your tenants

Living in a nightmare
Former Tenant
Pros:
It was a nice modern layout with new appliances.
Cons:
Situated above a deli, the mouse problem was non-stop. We killed 8 before we moved out and they never stopped coming no matter how many times the super and exterminator plugged up holes. The upstairs neighbors blasted music from midnight until 7am so loud that our whole apartment shook and you could hear every lyric. I will say management did their job to file a lawsuit and stop the noise but it was a really bad migraine inducing situation for quite a few months. Gunshots happened regularly on the block and police kept their lights on all night shining directly into our bedroom. There was also a firehouse on the block so there were frequent sirens day and night. There was also an issue with adequate heating that had to be fixed a few times in the dead of winter as well as drain flies coming from the shower drain. To top it all off water damage left huge holes in our ceiling and needed to be patched up and one night a cop car collided headon into another car right infront of our window. Everything that could go wrong here, did go wrong. We could only hope the next tenant to live there would be a deaf cat owner.
Advice to owner:
Rent to deaf cat owner only
