cheap apartment but not worth it

cheap, close to train
Cons:
worst management, no pest control, no cleaning of the building. once the entrance ceiling leaked and caved in and it was left like that for weeks

Pros:
Decent size living room, friendly neighbors, good heat and water.
Cons:
Unit was incredibly dirty upon moving in and has a lot of small damages that need repairs. Also a lot of big dogs barking, but what can you do. Fairly overpriced for the area.
