    Pros:
    Location is convenient.
    Cons:
    The front area of the building is very dirty and unkempt; as well as the interior. Submitting service requests seems to always be an issue.
    Advice to owner:
    Take care of your renters. Have the building cleaned weekly, at a minimum. Treat your renters with respect.
