Beautiful but slightly neglected brownstone

Beautiful home, backyard access, great neighbors

Cons

Management was responsive but somewhat difficult to work with. For ex, had a roach problem and they'd only send an exterminator who used "natural" remedies (peppermint spray) so pretty ineffective, despite me asking for other solutions. The house itself is quite old & they wouldn't really care to fix minor things (a broke front gate, for example), but large things were resolved.
