    the management does respond but sometimes their solution to problems doesnt actually solve the issue. it is a nice building, relatively new

    overpriced, laundry doesnt work

    - responsive management

    - constantly groups outside
    -sketchy vibes on the street
    - stairs weren’t cleaned much

    Owners are great to work with, very kind and understanding. The building is beautifully renovated and clean.
    Cons:
    Nothing, no complaints. I rented other buildings with the same company prior, and they were always wonderful.

    Great property and staff
