Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent reviews of 372 Kosciuszko St highlight a well-maintained building with attractive apartments featuring high ceilings, large windows, and appealing amenities such as a roof deck, gym, and lounge areas. Management and superintendents receive praise for responsiveness and helpfulness, especially regarding maintenance and security deposits. However, recurring concerns include noise from neighbors and nearby nightlife, occasional garbage overflow, and management not fully addressing tenant issues or providing consistent communication. Safety worries have been noted due to the neighborhood's proximity to active gang areas. While many appreciate the building's features and upkeep, noise and management responsiveness remain key challenges for current and prospective renters.
