A beautiful brownstone on a beautiful block in Bedford-Stuyvesant
Cons:
The building could use some minor updates, but is otherwise beautiful and characterful
Advice to owner:
Make updates to the building or paint regularly if you’re planning to increase the rent annually, have respect for your tenant’s space and privacy, hire a management company to interface with tenants if you’re unable to do so respectfully
