Former Tenant
Pros:
Big apartment Friendly block Close to good coffee and trains Maintenance guys are nice
Cons:
Rat and mice in apartment over the years Heat out every other day for months at a time Neighbors let their dog pee and poop all over backyard and don’t clean it up Laundry was broken for several years and landlord didn’t fix it Neighbors put up private security camera in hallway Packages stolen People smoke weed indoors and stink up the hallways

Pros:
New furnishings, reasonable price. Good location.
Cons:
Responsive management, but usually opts for the fastest / cheapest solution to anything. Also low heat outside of bedrooms.
