Dirty, bugs, mice, lacks upkeep in maintenance, loud sirens constantly due to nearby firehouse
Advice to owner:
Hire an exterminator to come by more often

Great friendly neighbors
Cons:
Wash machine me are nasty and do not work, stair case is covered in holes and broken tiles, heat is too hot, hot water will burn you, and packages will get stolen while the manager refuses to review the camera footage.
Advice to owner:
Fix the building and respond to your tenets needs.
