    No heat ever

    Pros:
    Cheap rent only
    Cons:
    No heat at all, a lot of damage to the apartment, they never fixed anything and I got sick and hospitalized almost every winter
    Advice to owner:
    Take care of your building instead of selling it cause u will always face this problemk
