- Super lives in building and is relatively responsive - Most neighbors are quiet and respectful
Cons:
Rat infestation outside of building - near recycle/trash bins

Live in super, very responsive and friendly
Cons:
Windows are very old, drafts are huge; a lot of noise from building across the backyard on the back of the building during summer holidays
