    New units, good size bedrooms, sunlight in rooms, rooftop access
    Cons:
    Not very responsive with pest control

    Great place to be at while you're a student!

    Pros:
    Location - I don't hate the G, time your subway departures and you'll be fine. The apartments are well kept, modern, clean, IN UNIT WASHER DRYER.
    Cons:
    Sometimes the common areas would not be kept clean, but they'll work on it a week or two later. No significant heating.
    Advice to owner:
    Can heating be added
