Bad Management
Former Tenant
Pros:
I’ve been living here for over 20 yrs it’s a beautiful and nice neighborhood
Cons:
The owners and management office are very disrespectful. Also they don’t never respond to any form of request unless 311 is called!
Advice to owner:
Fire this whole team except the cleaners, they do try

Take care of your tenants. Most of us have been living here for 20 plus years. There are people who have holes in their ceiling because of water in the walls.
