Lack of hot water and noisy neighbors

Pros:
The new management company is putting in some work to fix up the entry way and make it look nicer.
Cons:
We frequently don’t have hot water for days. The neighbors across the street wake me up at 5:30/6am every week day. It’s some plumbing supply company and they get loud deliveries and sounds like they are doing construction every morning at 6am.

Loud Neighbors and Neighborhood

Pros:
Washer and dryer + 2 bathrooms is great on paper!
Cons:
Neighbors across the hall were so loud they got evicted. Then new neighbors came in and just as loud. Warehouse across the street doing work at 7am every week week and gets louder and louder it each morning it seems. Bedrooms are very small. Water pressure is terrible even after someone coming to fix it.
Advice to owner:
Fox water pressure. 2 or 3 strike system with tenants who are loud after 10pm. Fix the smell in the stairwell. Change doors entering apt that are easier to open and give more room if bringing a bike in.
