Very good experience living here for 3 years

Pros:
Overall I had a great experience living at 160 Clarkson. The building is very clean and the 2 bedrooms have in unit laundry and updated appliances. I never saw any pests and across from either corner of the block there are 2 large supermarkets. Nice access to prospect park and the gym in the basement is decently big. With both lease renewals I had, there was almost no rent increase which was nice.
Cons:
Sometimes the building manager needs to be reminded of asks, but he has always fulfilled any requests, and inorder to enter both front doors and use the elevator, keys are required, which is nice for security but can be frustrating when trying to have deliveries or visitors.
