Review Summary for 200 Linden Boulevard
Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent tenant reviews highlight a clean building with good garbage management and responsive management at 200 Linden Boulevard. However, concerns about noise levels, occasional theft of packages, and issues with water pressure have been raised. Some renters appreciate the amenities but suggest improvements in building rules and cleanliness. Despite mixed opinions on the responsiveness of the owner and varying neighbor experiences, the building is generally recommended for its quiet environment, close proximity to the train station, and efforts towards maintaining cleanliness and amenities.

It’s not too bad
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close to train
Cons:
Building rules aren’t the greatest

Its okay I guess
Former Tenant
Pros:
Near train station
Lots of carribean food options
Quiet building
Cons:
Only the first floor gets cleaned regularly. Laundry room is closed on Mondays for “cleaning” for the whole day, but it doesn’t take a whole day to clean a small room. Sometimes packages get stolen. The game room is only allowed for tenants and 1 guest. The “courtyard” is for only the tenants and super whose apartment is connected to it. The gym never gets deep cleaned.
Advice to owner:
A little more cleanliness would make the building better as well as better rules
