Loved the area, liked the building

Pros:
- they do exterminations every month - they have someone clean the hallway/ stairs every week - the management is pretty responsive - the area is so lively - everything's pretty renovated - washer and dryer in unit
Cons:
- had a bug issue, sometimes roaches - the layout made it so there was no ventilation - no closets in half the rooms - washer dryer was moldy and the room it was in had no ventilation so we were always scared to use it for too long, and it made the whole apartment extremely warm
