Pros

The building was well-maintained and units were clean. Wonderful neighborhood.

Cons

Many hidden fees, high pet-rent required. Our rent unexpectedly went up for the next year by hundreds of dollars and management would not negotiate a lower rent. Difficult and unclear communication with management. Complex lease with multiple riders (including cleaning fees taken out of security deposit). At one point during my tenancy, the front door malfunctioned, locking tenants inside for several hours. This was a fire hazard.
