One of the Worst Experiences Ever
Former Tenant
Pros:
The neighbors were great and Bed-Stuy truly is my favorite neighborhood. So many Black-owned businesses right around the corner, especially on Tompkins!
Cons:
I lived here from 2018-2020 and there was a horrendous mice infestation. We were the first tenants to live in the apartment after the unit had been renovated, so the apartment gave the impression of being nice. Exterminator after exterminator and absolutely nothing fixed the problem. Water leakage issues under the floorboards in the kitchen caused the wood to rise and split. Poorly renovated in a building that unfortunately was not cared for. Ridiculously overpriced for inhumane living conditions, I hope they figured it out.
Advice to owner:
I hope you figured it out because you caused a lot of people anxiety and stress.
