nice neighbors and a lot of folks that have lived in the building a long time

Terrible management, far from trains, and charging illegal broker fees

Affordable for a reason

Pros:
I liked how close the building is to everything: the ferry, the train, parks.
Cons:
Unfortunately, our windows were broken, as were many of our fellow neighbors’. It’s an as-is apartment and they truly try to push that.
