Nice light and good neighbors
Cons:
Hot water out constantly, mold in many apartments, shoddy repair work, illegal repair work, corrupt mgmt
Advice to owner:
Fix the building before jacking up rents.

The worst management

Pros:
They have two supers who are useless. Don’t respond to you.
Place has bedbugs sighted around the building.
Roof closed suddenly for no reason, public access before neighbors still have their access.
Dangerous lurkers in the building management does not do anything
Packaged CONSTANTLY stolen
In the last 6 months Terrible stenches in the hallways Gas leak alerts and gas shutdown last 4 months Manhole exploded Rooftop smoke Oh man..
Cons:
Those two supers are really useless
Advice to owner:
Maybe don’t turn former factory into housing unit but if you do then take care of the place and hire better staff

Great spaces / difficult management company

Pros:
Neighbors are super friendly, huge windows, high ceilings, lots of space.
Cons:
Building isn’t well maintained, kitchen and bathrooms are outdated, management company is incredibly difficult to deal with and completely unresponsive.
Advice to owner:
Update appliances, listen and respond to your tenants.

Best neighbors, worst landlord

Pros:
Great space and great value. Best neighbors. Big communal feeling. Incredible neighborhood. Awesome water pressure. Monthly pest control. On site superintendent with quick responses.
Cons:
Package theft in the lobby Rude management Frequent gas outages Broken common area doors Unsafe scaffolding

Be better humans.
