Quiet, feels safe, pest control comes to each unit once a month
Slightly dirty, rent goes up a lot each year
- great natural light - elevator - apartments are beautifully done - laundry is very easy
- no dishwasher in our unit - noisy neighbors can be heard next door - no fan in bathroom or kitchen - heat gets really hot
