Great Location and Price

Pros:
Right next to the train station, plenty of cute coffee shops in the neighborhood. Getting to places like Trader Joe's or Target was really quick and simple.
Cons:
More inspections would have been nice and maybe cleaning air filters. Some things felt like they hadn't been cared for in years (not sure if this was more on the owner or the current tenant).

Vet all of your applicants

When I said our kitchen ceiling was leaking, the response was to put duck tape over the crack and then paint over it
