Great building, cute roof, massive basement apartments with skylights!
Cons:
leaky ceilings, they replastered only for it to fall again and again

Looks nice but it's not

Pros:
Good location, a lot of washers and dryers, closets are big
Cons:
I have seen multiple cockroaches, the walls are paper thin, the drains get clogged all the time, the area is nice if you go north but there's a meth clinic so a lot of drugged out people in the front and at the train, they also never respond. For the price, it's pretty bad
