I'm in 354 Myrtle Avenue/ Nice apartment, responsive management company
Former Tenant
Pros:
Just moved in and I will say that the management company is very responsive. The appliances and finishes are much nicer than a typical rental. Feels like home.
Cons:
Wish there was a keypad at the front door so I didn't have to carry a key with me. The buzzer in my apartment doesn't ring so I don't know when a delivery is here.
Advice to owner:
I'd love an entry keypad. Also the ability to let a delivery person in remotely would be nice.

Stay clear of this hole
Former Tenant
Pros:
It was technically a roof (albeit leaky) No rodents.
Cons:
Many maintenance issues even upon moving in. Management engages in constant gaslighting about fixing things and ends up not showing up not finishing repairs etc. The walls are thin and it can be quite noisy if a neighbor is walking around. Heat is very expensive due to it running off of electric condenser units. Also the insulation is extremely poor Walls were crumbling. Mold gets painted over. Almost everything you have heard go wrong with an NYC rental did.

Run from Cobblestone Management
Former Tenant
Pros:
High ceilings, good price
Cons:
Not worth the price. I don’t know if it has the same management from 2017 but horrible. They lied about building a door before move in which took them a month to install after, never gave us a building key (had to get a copy eventually from a neighbor), cut off the water one week, pests everywhere, and still had the apartment listed AFTER we moved in. I woke up one Saturday morning at 9am to strangers in my apartment! Also a pain with rent. Would frequently charge late fees when paid on time.
Advice to owner:
Repairs, better maintenance, efficient responsiveness
