The building is pretty clean
Cons
The windows were not done properly so its very noisy and extremely drafty. I've woken up to snow on the INSIDE of my apartment even though the window was closed. They are only moderately responsive to requests to fix things. They advertised all kinds of amenities that never came to fruition. For example, they advertised a doorman, and someone actually was hired and showed up for a few months -- but no doorman has been in the building for a very long time.
