Great location and windows

Pros:
Great rooftop, floor to ceiling windows, high quality appliances, high ceilings
Cons:
Walls (especially doors to apartments) are pretty thin and a good amount of noise comes through. Management can be hard to reach, but the on-site supers are great.
Advice to owner:
Supers are really good

beautiful modern design
Cons:
green/brown water, tubs won't even fill up before the water turns cold, we had rate, the electricity bill was $400-$500 every month. Many units had issues and the landlords were definitely taking advantage of people.
Advice to owner:
please do better.
