Pros:
- Windows block out almost all sound from the street - You basically never hear normal noise from other apartments, only the occasional loud music on weekends - Management is quick to respond to maintenance requests - Rent increases have been minimal, 2-3%, year to year - Building is cleaned and garbage and recycling are handled daily - Gym is small but not frequently used so most times you are the only person using it
Cons:
- Elevator occasionally breaks - There was a gnat problem in the laundry room but that has been addressed - There are only 4 washers and 4 dryers so there can be a wait during peak laundry times

Pros:
Location is unbeatable The building itself isn't bad; the units are well-sized, and the appliances are new and good. The building is quiet, and neighbors are friendly. I enjoyed my two years here and would've renewed if prices weren't as high as they are The view and rooftop are amazing.
Cons:
Two years here, and the elevator was broken twice, the first time was just a couple of days, and the second time it was broken for almost two weeks; I was lucky enough I lived on a lower floor Someone said it best, amenities feel incomplete; even after 4 years, it still feels like a WIP Gym is small You can hear everything from the hallway; the doors are so thin that I could hear my neighbors fighting (sound came from the hallway, not from the walls) You can hear and feel the garage door opening if you live on the lower floors. Make sure you don't have trash or anything to recycle on Tuesdays, Thursdays or Sundays, the garbage chute and refuse room are full.
