Nice location, new building, nice rooftop view, friendly neighbors
Cons:
The Bedford Enterprises owners are constantly trying to cut corners and nickel and dime their tenants over repairs or damages. It is a relentless headache dealing with them fighting over repairs, the buildings failure to pay for water or gas, stolen packages, etc. They have packed as many units as they can into the building and the elevator pretty much breaks down every month. The amenities are nothing like the renderings and they purposely have you call the office to handle your problems so there is no paper trail of empty promises given. Very shady.
Advice to owner:
Stop trying to bleed your tenants dry!

Pros:
Clean and new building. You’ll probably be the first person living in your room.
Cons:
The building isn’t totally complete. They have renderings which are not anything at all what the building is working towards. There’s no common area and the gym size room was cut is half, no grill on the room. It looks like they pivoted and cut half the first floor to add a commercial room to rent out for a random business.
