There are heroin needles on the stairs

Pros:
I guess it has a roof and walls.
Cons:
Manager and super make themselves impossible to contact. There are roaches and mice everywhere. The building reeks of piss and smoke. Nothing is maintained. Packages are stolen. And the door code is known by everyone and I frequently had to pass drunk strangers (who did NOT live in the building) on the stairs who would try to grab me on my way home.
Advice to owner:
Post any contact information anywhere and stop taking advantage of people

Good and Bad....

Pros:
Cheap rent for the area, amazing location, landlord has been quickly responsive to us when we've had issues
Cons:
Our neighbors are loud, cockroaches (but the landlord does send an exterminator twice a month and at least it isn't rats), not the cleanest building overall
Advice to owner:
Plz clean the whole building and do a better job policing noise levels
