Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent reviews for 331 Keap Street praise the renovated, updated units featuring in-unit laundry and modern appliances, along with the building’s convenient location. Some tenants note friendly management and relatively timely responses. However, recurring issues include inconsistent heating, boiler problems, and unreliable hot water supply. Pest control remains a challenge with frequent sightings of roaches and rodents despite quarterly treatments, suggesting the need for more frequent extermination. Garbage management and cleanliness of shared spaces are reported as lacking, compounded by loitering and trash accumulation near the entrance. Noise levels are moderate, with neighbors generally regarded as friendly. Overall, prospective renters should weigh building updates against ongoing maintenance concerns.

Poorly managed building
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building is in a great location.
Cons:
The building is poorly managed. Management and super are not responsive. I am not even sure if there’s is a super right now. In previous year under different management, the heat was never an issue, but now we’re barely getting any heat. Also, in cent times there’s sketchy people always hanging out up front.
