Great building, nonexistent management

Pros

The units are nice, the grounds are well maintained, and most neighbors are quiet and friendly.

Cons

Management may as well not exist. They don’t respond without multiple emails to issues with AC units, doorknobs, and other high priority items, let alone small issues.

Pros

Great maintence team who keep the building super clean and a responsive crew who are helpful when something breaks. The gym and roof/courtyard are great ammenties
