The WORST experience with a landlord EVER!!!!!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Access to train station at corner of block
Apartment is clean
Many great restaurants nearby
Cons:
Landlord will request a double security deposit
Landlord walks into apartments without notice (ask Apt 2 & Apt 3 current tenants)
Over 100+ tenants have lived in building within a short period of time
Landlords have been sued previously for not returning security deposits
Be very careful before living at this address/ low price promotion not worth your peace of mind!!
The Landlords treat people like animals and are against having kids live in their building.
Advice to owner:
Joseph Bromson and Alice Bromson, invading your tenants privacy several times when you feel like entering is one of the awful things you can do to people.

Traumatic Landlord Experience
Former Tenant
Pros:
None. The building and location are good but the landlord is terrifying and makes none of it worth the mental trauma.
Cons:
Landlord keys in whenever he wants to, day and night to “check” on you. Harasses any guest you try to bring to building, and complains to you if you have any visitor. Knocks on your door requesting more money every month, screams at you on a daily basis, and walks in to see how the place is looking and see if you’re home. He kept the heat off all winter so be prepared to freeze. Lard lord does not believe that the covid 19 pandemic is real, insists on coming in during the pandemic and insists that I lied about losing my job during the pandemic because it doesn’t exist, and in turn came to our door asking for more money because we were “just sitting at home”.
Advice to owner:
Please learn basic human decency, and leave your tenants alone. Stop being so cheap and allow your tenants to live like normal people, because they deserve heat in the winter, cooling in the summer, and should be allowed to use water and the apartment itself as they please. This is coming from a very clean, sustainable, and hard working individual who truly had a traumatic experience living with this property owner.
