Really great management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Management was always very on top of repairs and issues.
Cons:
Like most buildings in Greenpoint, the walls are thin. So, you sometimes can hear your neighbors.

Nope this is not worth it
Former Tenant
Pros:
I've only seen a few bugs.
Cons:
Dirty building. Paper thin walls. Weird constantly changing loud tenants. No heat or hot water for days at a time.
Advice to owner:
A coat of paint and a few more trash cans would do wonders…

Building violations and more!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location for local shops and bars
Cons:
Building violations. Not up to code. Located in hazard flood area - basement flooded and was never fixed regardless of continuous tenant requests.
Advice to owner:
Fix damages in timely manner up to code.
