    Avoid! Insane Landlady!

    Pros:
    Location and relatively good price and apartment layout. It not worth it!
    Cons:
    I lived here over a decade ago and my experience with the landlady still haunts me. She would harass tenants constantly, make false accusations, and stalk tenants. It was absolutely insane. Save your sanity!
