I’d rather be in a shelter

Pros:
I was happy the lease was only a year
Cons:
Smells like weed constantly because the vents are joined together Amazing! Brand new and yet the roaches have already moved in first. The management are complete scum be prepared to even go to court if you have to they simply don’t respect you or your life. Management is Jewish also keep in mind if you ever want help past Friday or the tons of holidays they ignore you to celebrate. But the super isn’t so you’d think oh he can be accessible? NO and you don’t want him to be he’s a complete pervert and will prey upon anyone <30 don’t worry about reporting it either they know and they don’t care! If you like to be preyed upon by both the management the other people living here and the super then you’ll love being here
Advice to owner:
Act like you are housing human beings since you yourself are a human being. Also you bring shame to hashem may he condemn you

When it’s great it’s ok, when it’s bad it’s horrible

Pros:
Awesome neighborhood. For the most part building is full of great neighbors. Central air. Roof is great during Fourth of July. Park a block away is great for kids. Office responds fairly quickly
Cons:
The new super sucks and is unresponsive Never know when the elevator will work. Literally watched two girls have to move without the elevator working. Left and came back later at night and they were still moving. There’s a roach problem. The building will be spotless one day every two weeks rest of the time it’s dirty. Garage is tight you will scrape your car! The parents at the school next-door do not care. It’s an active driveway. There was plenty of times I had to get out of my car and ask people to move, and no one cared. Laundry room is always dirty, including machines, to the point that I started to wash clothes outside of the building. Front door doesn’t always close so people who shouldn’t be in the building come in all the time.
Advice to owner:
Rehire the old super! Fix the front door
