Management iffy but good building

Clean and good garbage management, quiet, thick walls between buildings
Cons:
The management company at the time was often slow to respond to serious maintenance concerns like leaks

unresponsive landlord during mold issue

nice, quiet neighborhood and relatively updated
Cons:
had a massive mold problem due to a very leaky window and it took months and months to get attention for it. all they did was paint over the existing mold and attempted to hide that “solution” from me
Advice to owner:
major structure improvements and responding to serious complaints ASAP
