Centrally located, cant hear your neighbors, large apartments
Cons
- landlord is a huge problem. He lied to tenants about the heat not being fixable amd "being the only apartment with heating issues" when we found out downstairs neighbors were having issues too - doesnt get stuff fixed, goes on long rants about unrelated stuff so you cant get what you need done - heat below legal limit for months - when plumbing issues there was no warning and ppl jist showed up and broke our bathroom walls and kept it like that for months - electricity not wired well, would trip with having the microwave and ac on - super loud outside especially during the day due to trucks barreling
Advice to the owners
Dont lie to your tenants, and get a property manager who can handle issues quickly
