Pros:
Close to the L, supermarkets around, neighbors are quiet, heat and hot water included
Cons:
Management is a mess and since building is older, things need a lot of repair and maintenance

Cons:
Management is utterly uncommunicative and unresponsive, except when rent is due (the building has had no heat for almost two months, and do we know what the plan to fix this is: no)

Location, accessibility to transpiration
Cons:
Out dated, front door doesn’t close, intercom system does not work, management response is terrible, garbage piled up constantly
Advice to owner:
Address tenants concerns in a more timely fashion and update simple things like doorbells/intercoms and first point security/front door locks.
