    The landlord was super responsive and human. Best landlord I've ever had in NYC

    Neighbors were a little loud sometimes and liked to party

    I love the location and I feel I can get in touch with the building management whenever I need to.
    Cons:
    I wish the basement gym was cleaned regularly. It could be much nicer to use if it was.
