Great Apt building, great spot to rent and stay for a long time

Pros:
- big layout, super is responsive, garbage gets organized and thrown out regularily
-everything is a facade, nothing functions properly. -management will not respond or will lie to you or take the cheap/easy way out instead of fixing root causes/issues -super is incredibly disrespectful and inappropriate
