Terrible experience from Moving in, on going issues, owners dont care
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location and Parking availability
- 6 story walk up roof??
Cons:
- Management (maintenance does not communicate, credit reporting, no help or way of communicating other than portal)
- Smells terrible, sewage backup and water damage makes the building smell terible
- Neighbors, can hear everything due to paper thin walls, also entitlement from neighbors is terrible, no systems or accountability so everyones trash is everywhere
- Gas bill is high due to management not manging water heater controls correctly
- Split units are garbage and work 1/2 the time
- Old appliances
- Noticeable "Land lord special" repairs that ruin the aesthetic and really make you wonder the underlying damage/ issues
- Too expensive for what you get in all honesty
Advice to owner:
Instead of hiding behind a computer all day seeing someone face to face to deal with issues first hand would maybe change the perception of this being a corrupt money grab apartment they warn you about

Bad place to live. Terrible managers.
Former Tenant
Pros:
If you had a maintenance issue they were fairly quick to fix.
Cons:
Poor heat and low water pressure. Owners do not respond to you. Heard every fire truck and police siren whiz by since stations were nearby so it was impossible to have a good nights sleep. Several times management did random entries with people from the bank but their reasoning why they did this was not clear.
Advice to owner:
Be more responsive to tenants concerns and requests.
